Great cruise--thanks in part to JoAnn.
Choosing our cruise to Alaska was somewhat intimidating. Several cruise lines do this tour with nearly identical itineraries. Every cruise line's website makes theirs sound wonderful. And we had three couples involved in the decision making process. So how does one sort it all out?
JoAnn met with the six of us, gave us her verbal impressions of the different cruise lines, and provided an excellent written summary based on criteria that were high on our list: age/size of ship, pricing for different types of cabins, etc. We met with her in her office, at which time she had all cruise lines' info up on her computer. This enabled her to answer our questions on the spot, which was extremely helpful.
JoAnn's resourcefulness helped us come to an informed decision and book our cruise before we left her office.
