Hard Rock Hotel and Casino
Rachel does excellent work in understanding your traveling wants and is very knowledgeable travel destinations. You just explain to Rachel where your thinking of traveling, activities you like and when you want to go. After a destination is chosen, she send you, she 'll send you 4-5 recommendations and you make a pick. Then Rachel takes care of flights,reservations and any other of your requests.Rachel has made my travel plans worry free.

What A Great Experience!!
From the first contact with Rachel through the planning and scheduling Rachel provided excellent service. She always kept in contact and answered any and all of my many questions. My husband and I had not traveled by air lately and never outside of the US so I had a lot of questions. Along with answering my questions Rachel also provided some extra information that helped make the trip easier and a great experience. Our flight to Cancun and back was flawless and everything went very well. In Cancun the hotel was so beautiful and provided a great experience for both my husband and I. We were there for our son's wedding and the wedding was also great. We could not have asked for a better trip and I am already ready to go back. We look forward to dealing with Rachel in the future because we already have some other places we want to visit as well as, I am sure now, going back to Cancun.

Great trips, great experiences!!
Rachel has always been great to work with. She is well versed with areas to travel to, advising us when the best time to travel to a destination is. She answers our many, many questions quickly and advises as to what tour companies to take to get the greatest value and best experience. She has selected well as to which airlines to take, the best time to fly for the most convenient flight experience, and any upgrades available for our flights. Rachel recently set up another great looking tour for us for this fall to Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. We are excited and ready to go!

Rachel went above and beyond in the service department, making several out of office hours phone calls to fix a hotel reservation issue which was not her fault. Since our cell service was spotty it was very helpful to have someone on the other side working to fix our issues. I've exclusively used self service online travel booking sites before, and never really understood why using an agent made sense. Now I really do see the value and I will be calling Rachel again for my next trip.

Spring Break in San Francisco
My family was planning a trip that involved multiple airports, differing departure times and a rental car. I dreaded the hours of searching online for the best deals! Rachel had several packages put together within a day with good pricing. Quick, friendly and efficient. So much better than slogging through it on my own!
