Outstanding Experience
Kim provided outstanding service from initial contact through end of trip. As I live in Phoenix, Kim and I had to plan and coordinate travel via email and phone calls. Kim Rendl - Super Travel Agent
Kim has been excellent to work with while planning a vacation. I have asked of lot of her, and she has consistently delivered what I have asked for. Anything from comparing prices of different vacations, to finding alternate dates that could save money. She is extremely responsive, and has always followed up to ensure that all of my questions have been answered. One thing that has set Kim apart from other travel agents I have worked with (and has kept me as a repeat customer) is that a few weeks prior to the trip, she contacts me to make sure that I have all of my travel documents ready to go.
