Maggie was extremely helpful with finding a resort in Punta Cana. Going to a place where there are many choices, it was great to have a helping hand. Her connection and expertise proved worthy as we were well taken care of while before, durong and after our trip. We will be calling on Maggie again and again for our future trips.

Ms Knuteson provided first class service on both trips we arranged through her. This was especially true on our Alaska trip that was canceled because of the Covid-19 virus. She was able to get all our money refunded without any penalties.

Complicated trip, creative solutions
I wanted to plan a surprise trip for my wife, no easy task since it's impossible to "hide" expenditures from my spouse. Our destination was Greyfield Inn on Cumberland Island, Georgia. Because certain elements of the trip required prepayment, it was sometimes tricky to figure out how to make commitments without exposing the plot to my wife. Maggie always found solutions. She was prompt, kind, and detail-oriented, exactly what you want in a travel agent. I would and have recommended her to friends, and would definitely work with Maggie and with Travel Leaders again.
