I have cruise...

Mykonos at sunset

I traveled to Greece for the first time after so many years of this being on my bucket list.  It was everything I had hoped for and so much more!  I spent time in Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete.  So much history and beauty.

Mykonos is a beautiful rugged island with quaint beaches scattered thruout.  The village has a spectacular sunset not to be missed with windmills in view.  The village has quaint alley ways to do shopping with amazing nightlife that can go to all hours of the night if you wish.

Santorini stole my heart.  What a jaw dropping spectacular island. The scenary left me with moments of putting my camera down and just taking it in.  The sunset lite the sky.  The villages sit on the hilltop overlooking the crater below.  Perfect island to get reacquainted with your loved one.  Did I mention they have a black sand beach?

Crete leaves you with castle ruins, olive oil tasting and rain forests.  Start your vacation here and go back towards Athens.  Great place to begin your Grecian experience.

Ancient Athens was called Athenai, which is plural, since the city was actually a collection of villages that would eventually be called Athens. The Greeks believed that the city was named for the goddess Athena.

A trip to Greece is a wonderful experience, but exploring the country without eating its food is job half done! There are many sweets and flavors.

Let me help you see this beauty and all of her riches.
