Kim has been a great travel agent to work with! I met Kim because my husband and I wanted to try cruising, she just finished helping us book our third cruise! So obviously she has been doing a great job guiding us into vacations that are a great fit for my family.
Kim also really pays attention to details. She reminds me of the little things that are easily forgotten (like dress code for formal night!) so that when we are on vacation things just run smoothly. I have also really appreciated her patience, no matter how many times I change my mind about what type of room we want or what sailing we want to try, Kim just gets me the information I need to make a decision and it never seems like I am bugging her.
We definitely look forward to continuing to have Kim help us with planning and booking our vacations!!

Kim provided outstanding service from initial contact through end of trip. As I live in Phoenix, Kim and I had to plan and coordinate travel via email and phone calls. Kim always promptly returned my emails and calls regarding the trip, answering any questions and following up to ensure my travel plans were correct and complete.
