Another Mexico adventure!
Excellent! Sue is prompt with replies, very detail oriented and has planned a number of family vacations for us. Will always go to her for vacation planning.

Throughout the process Sue was extremely helpful. In the beginning she gave us a breakdown of the different island in Hawaii. We initially wanted to do island hopping, but Sue didn't recommend it during our first trip. She was right; it would have been too stressful! Maui was the recommended island and it was the right choice. Sue was very accommodating when finding us a resort to stay. She understood what we wanted and brought up the Royal Lahaina. The RL was the perfect resort for us. Sue also gave us an idea of some activities to do on Maui. We didn't book any activities with her directly because of the stressful wedding planning. We did however do a lot of the activities she recommended. When we arrived at the RL, my wife was disappointed with the view as we thought we booked an ocean view. We emailed Sue and she connected with her contact in Maui to accommodate us. I must add it was on Saturday, her day off! She took care of us and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Sue!

Great Vacations Every Time
We have been working with Sue since 2008. She was actually recommended to us from another friend. She has provided exceptional assistance with trips we have taken. She helped us organize a trip to London prior to picking up a cruise out of Southampton. She got us a great deal on a hotel/airfare package. Also, she assists us with decisions on cruises and working with the cruise company to get us the best deals as well as being a liaison with the cruise company when we have made special requests. We have utilized Sue's experience many times now and we really enjoy working with her and will continue to work with her for all of our future vacations.

It was great working with Sue. She was very helpful in the planning and had great suggestions. I had a lot of questions from the time we booked our vacation until we went and she answered them all, and I must say did not make me feel like a pest for asking.
Would definitely work with Sue again!
