An anniversary trip to remember

The best trip of our lives!
Krislanny was so easy to work with! I am not currently living in Minnesota due to school, but I wanted to have a travel agent to help a friend and I go abroad alone for the first time. Krislanny provided pages of restaurants, tours, things to do, and must-know information for being abroad, specifically in Italy. She was very accommodating with the situation we were in, not being able to come to the office to plan the trip. The worst fear as two younger adults traveling came true when our flight was canceled 24 hours before we were to leave. Krislanny was on top of rescheduling our flight, changing our plans to still take a day trip to Venice by booking train rides and extending our stay at our hotel in Florence. I can't imagine not using a travel agent next time I go abroad, and since this was my first time using one myself, she has set my expectations very high for the knowledge from any other agent to the next place I travel!
