I fell so in love with Mexico that I decided to move there for nearly five months. I stayed in Puerto Peñasco with my dog Teddy Bear in a condo minutes from the beach and city center. I worked as a bartender at a beach resort where I had the opportunity to meet endless travelers and bonded with the local staff. 

The food scene was fantastic and seeing the fisherman in action and then watching the fresh dishes come to life at the resort was quite the experience. My favorite thing to eat was oysters. Be sure to have them at Wrecked at the Reef when visiting Puerto Peñasco aka Rocky Point.

If you are a golfer be sure to make a tee time at The Links at Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort. Visit the Malecon for lunch and shopping during the day and music and entertainment at night.

That's when I start talking about all the different styles of cruising and how far cruising has come in the past few years. 

Cruise ships these days are often built so large and equip to handle the motion of the ocean so that the guests on board don't even feel the rocking of the ship. They also usually spend 8+ hours at port which gives guests plenty of time to do their excursions and explore. If 8 hours at port isn't enough for you, no problem! Book a cruise tour & spend multiple days at your desired port then board the ship to head to your next destination! Like I mentioned, cruise ships are now being built bigger and grander than ever before. So, there is plenty of space on the ship for guests to disperse. Most of the time, clients can't believe how many guests are on the ship with them!
