When I go on vacation, I like to make sure that all details are taken care of (flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing) yet also want to have some free time to explore whatever I might be interested in doing that day. I know most of my clients also want all details taken care of in advance so they can put their brain in “vacation mode”. My specialties are family travel, couples getaways, and all-inclusive resorts and escorted tours. Whether you are looking at a vacation for 1 person or 100, I can help plan a memorable getaway that you’ll remember with fondness for many years to come.
I have seen many fascinating areas of the world......Fiji, the Caribbean, Mexico, China, and Europe. One of my more recent trips was to Costa Rica. My husband and I stayed at two different resorts, and boy were they different from each other. I've also been able to sail with several cruise lines in the Caribbean and Europe, including a river cruise.
I’d love to share my experiences and knowledge with you about all these wonderful destinations. I've been in the travel industry since 1984 and am a Travel Leaders Certified Travel Specialist. I enjoy exploring new areas and will take care of all your travel details to make sure you have a well planned, worry free vacation.

Weather-wise, it depends on whether you really like hot, steamy weather or not. The months of June, July and August are just plain hot, even at night. This is also the rainy season, although thunderstorms usually pop up late in the afternoon and are short-lived. Hurricanes are possible, although this is rare. There have only been 2 major hurricanes since 1988. It’s a good idea to protect yourself with travel insurance in the unlikely event that you would have to cancel or shorten your vacation due to storms. The upside to travel during this time is that there are fewer crowds and rates are considerably lower.
If you travel between November and January, you’ll find temperatures in the 70’s and 80’s and much cooler nights. Peak season is from February through May as people flock to Mexico to escape the harsh winter weather up north. It’s especially busy over the Christmas holidays and during spring break and Easter vacations. It’s also much more expensive during these popular travel times.
Why so popular? The wide range of luxurious hotels and all-inclusive resorts with spa options, full service gourmet dining, and beachfront activities are irresistible draws for the winter-weary tourist who wants to be pampered. The large number of archeological sites, underground caves and cenotes also bring in student groups and others interested in the Mayan culture. The Mexican people rely heavily on tourism, and you’ll find their hospitality and dedication to customer service unmatched, no matter what time of year you visit.
Are you honeymooning? Planning a family trip? Let me convince you that the Mexican Riviera would be perfect for your vacation.
