Its very simple, I have a passion for travel! My passion for travel shows in every client’s travel experience. Helping families plan multi-generational trips so that Grandpa and Grandma can watch their smallest grandchild enjoy seeing the ocean for the very first time, these are the memories that last forever!! Watching each of the families that I work with grow, from spring break travel, to engagement trips, to destination weddings, and onto their own new family vacations, it's all so incredibly meaningful. My love for travel has brought me all over the world, including Australia, Tahiti, Maldives, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, St. Lucia & Europe, just to name a few. I had the pleasure of joining Emerald Cruises on an unforgettable journey through the Caribbean. Each shore excursion was a new adventure. Let me share a little bit about my experiences and I would be happy to share more as we start planning you next cruise.
Northern Panoramic Tour in Martinique
Stepping onto the island, we were greeted by the remnants of St. Pierre, a town steeped in history and tragedy following the catastrophic eruption of Mount Pelée in 1902. The ruins of St. Pierre served as a reminder of the island's tumultuous past, while the visit to the 1902 memorial honored the lives lost in the eruption. We then ventured into the heart of Martinique's rum-making tradition with a visit to Distilleries DEPAZ. We immersed ourselves in the artistry of rum production, learning about the meticulous process from sugarcane to barrel. The grandeur of the castle and the aroma of rum filled the air, offering a sensory delight that lingered long after we departed.
Bequia Scenic Tour
Next on our itinerary was the tranquil island of Bequia, where the Scenic Tour promised a glimpse into the island's natural beauty. As we drove through the tiny harbor, the essence of Bequia unfolded before us. There were colorful flowers, azure waters, and welcoming smiles. Our journey paused at Mt. Pleasant, offering panoramic views that stretched as far as the eye could see. Each moment felt like a painting come to life. It truly captured the beauty of the Caribbean.
Stairways to the Pitons in St. Lucia
In St. Lucia we made a visit to the iconic Pitons and thoroughly enjoyed the Stairways to the Pitons excursion. The Tet Paul Nature Trail provided a gateway to the island's lush landscapes, guiding us through the rainforests. At the summit, the panoramic view unveiled the magnificent island of St. Lucia in all its natural beauty and allure.
Exploring the Underwater Wonderland in Guadeloupe
We then headed to the enchanting waters of Guadeloupe, where a snorkeling adventure awaited. We sailed through the crystal-clear waters, passing by picturesque islets such as Îlet Cabrit, Terre de Bas, and Îlet Redonde. The underwater world came alive as we dove in. We encountered vibrant coral reefs, schools of fish and colorful marine life near Pain de Sucre.
From the history of Martinique to the natural wonders of St. Lucia and the underwater marvels of Guadeloupe, each destination had left a mark on our hearts. This was an epic trip that I will never forget. I would love to assist with planning your personalized Caribbean adventure.
