Learning how to Snowboard
My love affair with Switzerland began in 2021 when I decided to spend my summer there after teaching English in Spain. Nestled between the picturesque Swiss Alps and the serene lakes, Switzerland captured my heart instantly.
Living in the canton of Vaud, surrounded by vineyards and snow-capped mountains, provided a tranquil backdrop for my adventures. Exploring the Italian-like scenery of Ticino, with its charming cottages and meandering streams, felt like discovering a hidden gem within Switzerland.
From vibrant cities like Zurich and Lucerne to the idyllic towns of Bern and Lugano, each destination left a lasting impression. However, celebrating Christmas in Switzerland, complete with my first snowboarding experience in the majestic mountains, remains one of my fondest memories.
Since then, I've been fortunate to travel back and forth between Switzerland and Minnesota, savoring the beauty and charm of both places. I'm eager to share my passion for Switzerland and help you discover its wonders firsthand!
