I have been dying to go to New York City for as long as I can remember. I FINALLY got the opportunity with my family in November of '21. We were able to spend one whole week right in the heart of Manhattan. Just a few blocks from Central Park, and a few more blocks from Times Square. I absolutely enjoyed EVERY second!
I got comfortable with the subway system and my boys and I explored as much as we could! We spent every nice day we could in Central Park, throwing the football, walking the paths, on a horse drawn carriage, watching the turtles, or climbing the rocks.
Some of the experiences we did enjoyed as a family were, Lion King the Broadway Show, the Staten Island free Ferry, the Today Show and found some AMAZING family-friendly and modest restaurants!! We also explored Times Square, Wall Street, The 9-11 Memorial, Rockefeller Center, some Historic sites for my husband and enjoyed walking around and people watching!
