New Zealand

In all my years as a Travel Professional, I’ve asked countless people, “What’s on your must-see list?” And without fail, New Zealand is always at the top! Honestly, who wouldn’t want to experience this majestic ...

Caribbean Bliss!

There are a wide range of all-inclusive resorts to choose from. It can be pretty overwhelming.  All-inclusive in general means all meals, beverages & entertainment is included. I'll breakdown each category to better outline the differences.

Food: Food quality & variety is a priority for many travelers. All-inclusive offer a variety of dining options including both buffets and a la carte restaurants. A number of resorts offer cuisines from around the world.

Some resorts will serve you gourmet meals that I've had described as "knock your socks off delicious" and you feel like you're dining in a 5-star restaurant. Other resorts offer good food, but it’s nothing to write home about. I personally stayed at a resort once, where the meal was so incredibly amazing I actually asked the chef for the recipe! After reviewing the recipe I quickly realized I could not introduce this in my daily life, as I'd easily gain 10 lbs. in a very short time!

Some All-Inclusive Resorts will include all restaurants, however others may have a specialty restaurants or upgraded meals such as lobster or Filet Mignon not included in your package price. These resorts separate these out in an effort to cater to a broader clientele while keeping the pricing more affordable. That way clients can customize their dining experience. In other words if you're dream vacation is to enjoy lobster or fine cuts of meat nightly, I'd offer you options that meet those needs.

Beverages: Hard Alcohol quality & variety is also pretty important to a lot of travelers. While every all-inclusive resort includes alcohol within the package pricing, it varies greatly on what is included.  Some resorts only offer name brand & premium liquor choices, whereas others may have a few brand selections, but the majority will be well liquors (generic Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Whiskey, Bourbon & Gin).

Beer & wine options will have the same principle of the higher rated resorts will offer better quality & variety. If you have a specific liquor that's important to you, please mention this to me during the planning process so I can inquire with the resort directly.

Entertainment: I personally love a good all-inclusive resort, and with 20+ years in this industry I've stayed at my fair share of them. There is definitely a difference in quality of night time entertainment. There are shows have left me with that WOW factor and others that were entertaining but not quite as impressive.

The resorts also offer a variety of day time activities if you wish to do something beyond laying on the beach or pool dwelling all day. This also will include some water activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, etc.

Most all-inclusive resorts are located in the Caribbean, Mexico, Costa Rica & Panama. There are both family-friendly & adult-only options. Together we can create the perfect vacation for YOU!
