Have you wondered the difference between Global Entry and TSA PreCheck?

TSA PreCheck provides expedited security screening benefits for flights departing from U.S. Airports.

Global Entry provides the TSA PreCheck benefit plus expedited US customs screening for international air travelers when entering the United States.

TSA PreCheck costs $85 and Global Entry costs $100 for a five year membership. The better deal would be Global Entry; as you get the TSA PreCheck benefits.

If you have a "known traveler number" make sure you provide that so it can be put in your airline reservation to receive your TSA PreCheck.
