I found Pam online and called her in which we spoke for roughly 45minutes. Pam was super transparent about how her business model works and answered any up front questions I had. Fast forward to booking our trip through her- we couldn't have asked for a better service. She was very friendly and professional. We were going on our Honeymoon and Pam went above and beyond to make sure our trip was special and we were taken care of. This is 100% a real review and I would recommend to her to anybody. Our Perfect African Safari Anniversary Celebration
Our Safari was absolutely phenomenal! We were able to see ‘The Big 5’ up close and personal without difficulty. We were privileged and lucky to watch the Wildebeest cross the Mara River and in to the waiting crocodiles. Our guides pointed out many not so obvious things like flowers, birds, and reptiles just to mention a few. The accommodations were very neatly clean with all the amenities you'd not even think of. The food was delicious and plentiful. A&K was always there to greet us making transitions to our locations seamless. They were, without exception, so friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & kind. The guides were amazing to say the least. They were always very professional, accommodating and went above & beyond to make sure our experiences were memorable ones. As well, staff at all the camps were exceptional. I have never been treated so well by anyone at any other destination. Best dime I ever spent. Thank you so much for your patience, efforts and attention to detail.

Galapagos and Amazon Jungle - A Dream Come True!
My husband and I worked with Pam to plan a trip of a lifetime - visiting the Galápagos Islands for 7 nights by boat and then journeying to an Ecuadorian eco-lodge in the Amazon Jungle. Plus - we spent time exploring Quito - a dream come true!
We snorkeled, hiked, sea kayaked, canoed, and explored with experienced guides. Words cannot due justice to the amazing things we saw, the diverse species we encountered, and the overall experience. Pam and her team patiently and graciously worked with us to ensure our trip was flawless and exceeded our expectations.

Perfect Honeymoon in Punta Cana
We recently got back from our honeymoon at Secrets Cap Cana in DR. Our trip was phenomenal & we couldn't have ended up at a better place! We had never stayed at a resort before & needed guidance; Pam was helpful from the get-go. She took the time to get to know us, our ideas, & gave us a good (but manageable) amount of options to help us get a better vision. She made suggestions based on what she thought fit best, but also considered our opinions. Pam took care of booking the resort, flights, & add-on packages for the resort. I'm very Type A, so not doing all the nitty-gritty myself is foreign to me, but Pam made this stress-free & everything went smoothly. It was great to not have to worry about planning a trip while planning a wedding. Pam was friendly, very responsive, & helpful the whole time. I can't say enough about how easy she made this & we will certainly use her in the future. So grateful for Pam, Highly recommend her if you want to have a wonderful trip with low stress!

Great service in good and bad times
We've felt taken great care of from the moment we reached out to Pam for help with choosing between different kinds of resort accommodations , to booking best flights for us, answering all our questions, following up on tours options through the time of great stress and confusion during trip cancellation process due to Corona Virus pandemic. Unable to Travel
I cannot say enough positives things about our experience with Pam. First off she is working with a bride , a destination wedding , all our guests and the resort. I could never have done even a small portion of the work she did for us all. Pam took each of our reservations and request and worked magic for us all and at the same time keeping my daughter ( the bride) calm. We could never have done it without her. Then came this Coronavirus and I thank God for Pam every day for all the work , and keeping people calm etc. she did. Not only did she handle every guests reservations she did all this and at the same time was trying to do everything possible to help my daughter stay calm knowing how upset she was. Pam seemed to take a personal interest in how my daughter was doing and me and our guests. We would never have had that without her! We are SO THANKFUL to have Pam at this time. I will book all my travels in future with Pam. One guest had a 42 hr. wait with Travelocity not us!

Delayed Bride....of Covid-19
I travel for a living, on planes and in hotels several times each month. So when it came time to book my honeymoon, I initially had no intention of using a travel agent. THANK GOODNESS, I changed my mind when I looked at my hectic work schedule on top of all the wedding planning. Pam made the whole process so incredibly easy that I felt like a fool for ever trying to book a trip on my own. I thought I couldn't be more happy with my decision to use Pam. That is until coronavirus hit. Borders closing. Social distancing. And I was 2 weeks away from a wedding and honeymoon of my dreams. While others were posting on social media that they couldn't even reach customer service agents to try and reschedule their trips, Pam was in constant contact with me. All of the funds are being held and just waiting for all of this to pass and we will reschedule both our wedding and our honeymoon. I'm so thankful that I found Pam and used a travel agent. I'd hate to be dealing with this all on my own!!

I loove Pam! I can't say enough about her! Thanks to her, our wedding in Punta Cana went perfectly! I was so overwhelmed with options, I'm so glad we had Pam to help narrow things down. With all the resorts out there we didn't know what to choose. With Pam's experience and knowledge of many resorts, she was able to help us pick the perfect resort with a well oiled wedding machine and great vacation fun. She answered questions we didn't even know we had and gave us a wealth of info we didn't even think to need! With Pam, our communication with the resort was seamless. Pam was also very prompt in returning calls and emails. Our guests were all very pleased with the help Pam provided to them. Pam covered everything so well, there were no surprises when it came to travel and the resort.

If you've dreamed of traveling to the French Polynesian Islands, we highly suggest following through with your dream and go. You will not be disappointed. The pictures are gorgeous to look at, but seeing the islands first hand is truly breathtaking and indescribable. The French Polynesian Islands are unlike anything we've ever seen. The views are stunning, the people are warm, and the water is peaceful. We were fortunate to spend 10 nights between Moorea and Bora Bora. The overwater bungalows are worth the money and give you an experience like no other vacation. They are intimate and romantic. Traveling to the French Polynesian Islands is not just a vacation, but a destination. We were fortunate to find Pam, whom has been there herself and was able to set up the perfect, smooth vacation. We recommend booking with an agent whose been there, as it's such a unique destination. We thought our trip to Tahiti was a once in a lifetime vacation, but now that we've been we must see it again!

Friends Birthday in Mexico
We got invited to go on an All Inclusive trip to Live Aqua, Mexico for a friends birthday. All we had to do was call Pam to set everything up (only half of our expenses were due at that time). She was very friendly and knowledgable about the area and had traveled to this resort specifically. It was the easiest process we have ever experienced for any vacation and we saved a lot of money. The honeymoon was exactly what we wanted!
I had never worked with a travel agent before and wasn’t sure what to expect. The experience (and honeymoon) was great! We started by telling Pam the type of vacation we were looking for and our budget. She discussed several different locations with us, and we decided Riviera Maya in Mexico would be an affordable, yet luxurious option for our honeymoon. After settling on the location, Pam helped me narrow down resorts by going through their atmosphere, distance from the actual town, spas, restaurants, etc. She had actually been to several of the resorts and had great info. The actual vacation was, of course, amazing. The honeymoon was exactly what we wanted and the resort was even more beautiful in person than the pictures could capture. I definitely felt that having Pam’s travel knowledge and experience ensured we were booking a wonderful vacation. As I said, I will definitely be working with Pam for future vacations and truly feel having a travel agent’s expertise is well worth it.
